Workshop for Faculty and Staff
The Fair Play Workshop for STEMM Faculty increases awareness about different types of microaggressions and other racial biases. Additionally, the workshop provides proven techniques for workshop participants to overcome these biases within themselves, as well as preparing them to address bias in others. This workshop is intended to reduce unintentional biases within individuals and promote equity and excellence for all.
